Returns 

Portuguese Flannel is happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate, please ensure all returns are sent with a valid tracking number as we are not responsible for orders lost without tracking information.

 

Procedure

To return an item please email shop@portugueseflannel.com to request a returns form stating your intention. We will reply back within 24 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form please complete and return along with the item to:

Items should be sent by using only our transportations label and must be securely packaged. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.

Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive. Once we have received the goods and we are happy with their condition we will refund your credit/ debit card excluding any shipping costs within 30 days.
